Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Due to the personal and energetic nature of our products, items that have been worn, activated or used in rituals cannot be returned for hygiene and energy-integrity reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-empowered talismans
• Activated crystals (cleansed/charged under your name)
• Burned incense or opened herbal sachets
• Final-sale or clearance items

How to Start a Return

Contact us via WhatsApp or phone with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return address and refund process.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
