Order Status Meanings

• Awaiting Fulfillment — we have received your order and are preparing it
• Blessing & Packing — your items are being cleansed and packaged
• Shipped — your order has left our atelier with a tracking number
• Delivered — the carrier confirms delivery
• Canceled — the order was canceled and refunded

Didn't Receive Tracking?

Tracking numbers are sent by email once the order ships. If more than 3 business days have passed without an update, please reach out via WhatsApp or phone with your order number.
